Les Echos is a municipal newsletter whose aim is to report on the actions of the Villemur-sur-Tarn town council. We began by concentrating on computer graphics, and visualizing information whenever possible. As a result, the brochure is more dynamic and easier to read. The waves in the magazine's title are repeated throughout the pages. They mark the transition from one section to another. They also open a parenthesis on the future at the end of the chapter, by presenting the outgoing mayor's program for the forthcoming elections.
